About the Event

SEEK Yoga, (me Pia) will be co-hosting a retreat beautiful Wilmington, Vermont! Join Kate Sullivan (owner of Kala Yoga BK and myself for some summer fun and relaxation while we come together in community to practice and explore mother nature. Your retreat includes:

  • Accommodations at the Fluid Yoga Retreat House set on a flowing river and acres of land
  • Daily Yoga, Meditation & Yoga Nidra
  • Hiking in serene waterfall settings on the property and nearby at Mt. Snow
  • Archery on property
  • Lake swimming nearby
  • Delicious, healthy meals
  • Mountain biking nearby
  • Thai Massage with Pia ~ reservation required
  • Star gazing
  • Connection with yourself, nature and community!

DETAILS AND PRICING: Arrive anytime past 2pm on Friday. We'll have one evening yoga class followed by a welcome dinner. Departure is on Sunday at 12pm after morning yoga and a farewell brunch. Cost is $550 per person. Space is limited to 10 people, please register soon to secure your spot! All activities are optional, you can join in or simply relax and take things at your own pace!

FAQ What about Covid? We require all guests to be fully vaccinated or submit a negative PCR test within 72 hours.  What about dietary needs? We can accommodate anything! Just email to let us know about your dietary needs.  Can I come with a partner or a friend? Yes! We have two private rooms available that sleep two people each. If you want to secure one of those rooms, sign up early and email us to request. Can I come alone? Absolutely! Retreat is a wonderful gift to give to yourself, and a perfect opportunity to make new like minded friends. How far is Wilmington and when should I get there? Wilmington, VT is a four hour drive from NYC. You can arrive anytime past 2pm on Friday. We will have some time to relax, get settled and take a short hike. There will be an early evening yoga class at 5pm and a welcome dinner afterwards.
