This week Sun Salutations are 30 mins earlier than regularly scheduled! It's an amazing way to energize your body, build strength, and start your day off right! Better yet, we can help get food to our fellow New Yorkers suppling funds via your dontations to the Food Bank NYC. Class will run 20 ish minutes.
