About the event
Jump forward with Pia into the practice of Sun Salutations, known as Surya Namaskar. We will take a deep look into the system's key elements, evaluate each posture with transitions, and pull it all together to build a more fluid and connected practice. Some of this time will be spent addressing questions, modifications, as well as using these structural elements for progressions in other postures we find in our yoga practice. ALL levels and open minds welcomed!
